CONDITIONS of CONTRACT

Payments:
Deposit is required to confirm reservation and must be received within 14 days of booking tour otherwise reservation cannot be guaranteed. Final payment is required 42 days prior to departure date. If not received within this time late payment fees may be charged. Tour documentation will be issued on receipt of final payment.

Cancellations:
Once a deposit has been received there will be a $50 fee p/p for any cancellation. Within 42 days of departure, full refund less a $150 p/p administration fee, plus any hotel, airline or other outside penalties. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure the tour operator reserves the right to impose a 100% penalty of all moneys received to that date. All cancellations must be in writing to the tour operator. No refunds will be issued for any services not utilised on tour.

Hotel and Course Information:
Descriptions of hotels and courses are meant only as a guide to help you plan your holiday and are based on information provided by their management. Changes may occur that are outside our control.

Tee Times:
Tee off times will be confirmed on day prior to game. Attendances to these are the sole responsibility of the individual and not the hotel, tour operator or golf courses. Everything will be done by your host to accommodate another time but if this is not possible a lost game may result.

Optional Golf or Tours:
Your host may be able to assist with the information you require to arrange variations, however, they are not the responsibility of the host and will be offered as a service only. All hotels involved on tour have an activity desk that will be able to finalise your arrangements.

Responsibility:
Golf Adventures Unlimited is owned and operated by Salamander (Aust) Pty. Ltd. (the tour operator). The tour operator and it's employees function as an intermediary and agent for suppliers selling goods and services which are not directly supplied by this company, such as accommodation, transport, golfing arrangements etc. Therefore, as such, act on behalf of the customer and shall not be responsible or liable for any losses or breaches of contract or any omissions or careless actions on the part of suppliers that may result in any damage, loss, injury, delay or irregularity to any customers (group or individuals) arranged by the tour operator. Furthermore, the tour operator shall not be, or become liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss injury or damage howsoever caused by acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, wars civil disturbances, hijacks, thefts or any other circumstances beyond it's control. Tour participants should note that suppliers providing accommodation for the tour operator are independent contractors, not agents or employees of the tour operator. Please further note that the tour operator has the right to alter the printed itinerary, brochure prices and package features without notice. The tour operator shall not be responsible for any inconvenience or expense occasioned by such changes. By embarking on his/her travel, the customer voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against same.

INSURANCE:
Full travel insurance is recommended and should be arranged by the traveller prior to departure. Should litigation become necessary, over some matter that is not able to be resolved by the parties, the signee agrees that such litigation be resolved under the laws of the country in which the incident occurred. No variation to this clause will be considered.

I understand that the itinerary presented may have to be changed from time to time due to situations &/or conditions outside the tour operator's control. Costs may vary due to currency fluctuations.
