We drive through parts of Auckland to golf destinations on The Hibiscus Coast and Beachlands. Good views of Auckland Harbour.
Queenstown
Four days spent in the area with free shuttle to/from town. Plenty of activities in this bustling tourist mecca including: bungy jumping, jet boating, fly fishing, horse riding etc etc.
GOLF
The quality of the New Zealand courses will be pleasantly surprising. The views from some of the courses are breathtaking.
Gulf Harbour Golf Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Wairaki and The Grange and Millbrook by Bob Charles are internationally famous. However, Kelvin Heights at Queenstown has some of the most beautiful holes you will ever see.
UNIQUE DESTINATIONS AND FEATURES
Our time on the North Island is pure golf. We spend some time driving from course to course, appx an hour but little time for sight seeing on these transfers.
On the south island we are stationed at the 5 star Millbrook Resort with easy access to wherever you want to go. Queenstown is about 30 mins away with more activities than you can explore in 4 days. Historic Arrowtown is within walking distance of Millbrook Resort and well worth a visit.
ITINERARY: KIWI CLASSIC
Day 1 (Saturday):
On arriving at Auckland Airport you will be met and transferred to The Hibiscus Coast in a/c coach.
Optional game at Gulf Harbour Country Club
O/N: Gulf Harbour Lodge
Day 2 (Sunday):
Golf at Gulf Harbour (all games with motorised carts)
After golf transfer to Lake Taupo via Auckland and Hamilton.
O/N: Wairaki Resort
Day 3 (Monday) :
Golf at Wairaki International (bring your Australian club m/ship card)
After golf transfer back to Auckland and hotel overlooking Auckland's famous Waitemata Harbour.
O/N: Heritage Auckland Towers
Day 4 (Tuesday) :
Golf at The Grange
Transfer to Auckland Airport for flight to Queenstown
Resort shuttle to accommodation
O/N: Milbrook Resort
Day 5 (Wednesday) :
Day free in/about Queenstown to enjoy some of the local activities which include jetboating, white water rafting, 4 x 4 experience and bungy jumping.
Optional golf at Arrowtown
O/N: Millbrook Resort
Day 6 (Thursday) :
Millbrook courtesy coach to Kelvin Heights for golf at Queenstown Golf Club
Remainder of the day free-time

Day 7 (Friday) :
Golf at Millbrook Resort
Transfer to Queenstown Airport for flight to Sydney
